Why Teaching English Brings Me Joy and Fulfillment?

Hello, everyone!


My name is Cherry, and I’ve been teaching English online since 2018. Before transitioning to teaching European children, I spent three years working with a Chinese company.  


Teaching English brings me immense joy and a sense of fulfillment as I share knowledge with my students. Learning English has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy reading articles in English and work hard to improve my skills, proving that perseverance can make even the most challenging tasks more manageable.  


When I began my ESL journey, I was thrilled to teach students online and interact with people from different parts of the world for the first time. My students were delightful, with bright, adorable faces and lovely eyes. Some were already fluent in English, while others were beginners, eager to learn and grow.  


Growing up, I dreamed of having access to books and articles, but they weren’t always affordable. Now, as an online teacher, I’m surrounded by a wealth of fascinating reading materials that not only help my students but also deepen my understanding of the language.  


Through this experience, I’ve learned countless new words and adopted teaching methods that parents appreciate for their children’s learning journey. I’m incredibly grateful to my students for giving me the opportunity to learn about their cultures, interests, lives, and perspectives.  


This career has allowed me to connect with people from all over the world, enriching both my knowledge and my teaching. There’s so much to explore, and my curiosity drives me to keep learning and sharing more with my students.  


Teaching and learning will always be close to my heart. ❤️❤️❤️

As I've been teaching for six years, I noticed that students from diverse countries usually make recurring mistakes over and over again. It's the usage of the  Present Tense . They might get confused about when to add 's' or 'es' to the verb. Even if we have tackled the tenses many times but they still come up to the same mistakes over and over again.
